How to Use Your Future Trip Discount

Introduction

Usage of a Future Travel Discount Award is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • A Travelocity Future Travel Discount Award may be applied to the purchase of any Travelocity Vacation Package (excluding Escorted Vacations) or GoodBuy Hotel booked on Travelocity.com or at 1-888-TRAVELOCITY. Future Travel Discount Codes may not be applied to air tickets which are not part of a Vacation Package (excluding Escorted Vacations).
  • Future Trip Discount Awards in the amount of $50 or more are subject to a minimum stay of two nights.
  • Travelocity prohibits posting the Travelocity Future Travel Discount Award Code on the Internet or in any public forum.

Validity

  • The current series of Future Travel Discount Awards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Note that the booking must be made within the specified validity period; travel dates may occur at any time within the validity of the product or service purchased.
  • Future Travel Discount Awards are valid for a single use only; a Future Trip Discount Award Code can only be used once.
  • Future Trip Discount Awards are not combinable, either with other Future Trip Discount Awards or with other Travelocity promotional codes. Only one award may be applied to any given reservation.

Redemption

  • To redeem the Future Trip Discount Award, enter the Future Trip Discount Award Code in the "Promotional Code" field when prompted on Travelocity.com or provide the Future Trip Discount Code to the Travelocity Agent if booking on 1-888-TRAVELOCITY.
  • In either case, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the final price of the trip.
  • Redemption of Future Trip Discount Awards in amounts of $50 or more are limited to trips with a minimum two nights stay.

Value

  • Travelocity Future Trip Discount Awards may not be redeemed for cash; the Future Trip Discount Award may not be returned for a cash refund.
  • Travelocity Future Trip Discount Awards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of a Last Minute Deals Gift Certificate.
  • If any amount available in the Future Trip Discount Award is not used, such amount will be forfeited.
  • If the customer's purchase exceeds the amount of the Future Trip Discount Award, the balance must be paid in full by the customer.

Replacement

  • Travelocity is not responsible for lost or stolen Future Trip Discount Award Codes; these will not be replaced.

Limitations

  • Travelocity makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Future Trip Discount Awards including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • In the event that a Future Trip Discount Award Code is not functional, the customer's sole remedy, and Travelocity's sole liability, shall be the replacement of the non-functioning Future Trip Discount Award Code.
  • Travelocity reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our discretion.
