Terms and Conditions
The Sizzling Summer Savings package ("Promotion") is available for new advance reservations at participating Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM hotels in the U.S. and Canada ("Participating Properties") for Eligible Stays beginning June 1, 2010 and completed by July 31, 2010 ("Promotion Period"). An "Eligible Stay" is defined as a booking for a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights at the same hotel for which the consumer specifically booked the Promotion under the Sizzling Summer Savings package via phone or online at the time of the reservation. Guests who book and complete an Eligible Stay will receive 15% off the standard nightly rate for each night of the Eligible Stay, excluding taxes or other incidental charges. Guests who book and complete an Eligible Stay at Participating Properties in the United States will receive a Dining CashTM Redemption Card upon check in, with a code which may be used to obtain a $25 Dining Cash certificate online. Dining Cash offer is subject to additional terms and conditions below and as set forth on the Redemption Card which will be provided to guest at time of check-in for Eligible Stay and use of the Dining CashTM certificate is subject to additional terms and conditions available at www.restaurant.com/terms.asp?pgn=x. Only standard rooms (single or double occupancy) are eligible for the Promotion. Extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy. Minimum three-day advance reservation required for an Eligible Stay. Rates for each night may vary. Promotion is not valid on existing reservations and is subject to availability. Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. Participating Properties are subject to change without notice and the number of rooms available for this Promotion at participating hotels may be limited. Dining Cash / Dining Dough Promotional Certificate Terms and Conditions
Dining CashTM is valid for Eligible Stays at U.S. locations only. Dining CashTM is in the form of a credit up to $25 to be used for a certificate for an individual restaurant or for other products available through www.cisdiningcash.com. ("Dining CashTM Promotional Certificate"). Code must be redeemed for a specific Dining CashTM Promotional Certificate no later than 11:59pm, August 31, 2010. Minimum purchase is required and individual restaurant restrictions apply. Dining CashTM Promotional Certificates are issued by Restaurant.Com (RDC) and may be redeemed solely through www.cisdiningcash.com. Dining CashTM Promotional Certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time. Dining CashTM Promotional Certificates are not valid for prior purchases. The products available through www.cisdiningcash.com are subject to change without prior notice. RDC does not guarantee that a particular merchant will be available at all times.
