Purchase Requirements: Fares shown are based on round-trip economy class travel on Emirates and are in U.S. dollars. Tickets must be purchased by November 30, 2009.
Travel Dates: Outbound travel is valid through November 30, 2009.
Min/Max Stay: A Saturday-night minimum stay is required and a maximum stay of 12 months is permitted.
Flight Validity: Sale fares valid on Emirates non-stop transatlantic services (EK 201, EK202, EK203, EK204, EK211, EK212, EK215, EK216, EK225, and EK226) to and from New York (JFK), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Francisco (SFO).
Ticketing Changes: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No changes may be made after ticketed departure date for any portion of the ticket. Tickets whose reservations are cancelled prior to the ticketed departure date are valid for travel one year from the original issuance date for a service charge of $200. Changes made on or before departure are subject to fare rules and a service charge of $200. No-shows are subject to a fee of $200. Ticket reissuance is subject to a $400 fee. If a reservation is not cancelled before the ticketed departure date, the ticket has no value.
Other Conditions: Infants under two years of age who travel within the United States may be held in an adult's lap at no charge. Airline reserves the right to request documented proof of age for any traveler two years of age or younger. Please be prepared to provide documentation (birth certificate, passport, etc.) upon request. No en route stopovers permitted. A stopover occurs when the passenger does not depart an intermediate point within four hours for domestic travel or within 24 hours for international travel. Other restrictions may apply.
