Business trip to convention center made the location important. Hotel under heavy remodeling but all was smooth. Plenty of parking, great low rate, room was clean and had a quiet a/c unit which was a pleasant surprise, DID NOT appreciate the extra $fee for room cleaning, and the breakfast was more expensive than nearby Denny's, altho the service was sincere and good. Front desk check-in smooth and friendly. Overall a positive change at this location.
