 Writing a Traveler Review
Help others with their travel plans by giving them your personal, non-biased review. Let us, and others, know if the front desk was friendly, if room service was quick, if the cruise ship excursions were to your liking, and if the overall hotel or cruise experience met your standards.
Tips for writing a Traveler Review
•  Try to avoid spelling and grammatical mistakes. Your review will be kept in your own words.
•  If you disliked something, explain but make it constructive criticism
•  Keep your comments concise. Stick to the info you would want to know as a traveler. To help you out, we put a 100-word limit on reviews.
•  Reviews should discuss the hotel or cruise, not Travelocity or the booking engine.
•  Only review hotels or cruises that you have visited in the last 12 months
•  Don't submit your review in all capital letters--it makes it hard for other travelers to read.
•  Do not submit any private information unless you want it to become publicly available.

Why was my Traveler Review changed?
While we try to leave Traveler Reviews in your own words, there are certain reviews we cannot post. These include:
•  Obscene or libelous comments
•  Racial slurs or sexual innuendos
•  Personal messages to hotel/cruise employees (i.e. "Say 'hi' to Gerardo in the bar.")
•  Allegations of illegal activity
•  Harmful or threatening material
•  Personal details of any person (including phone numbers, names, and email addresses)
•  Hotel or cruise rates (parking, dining, and other charges are fine to mention, but room rates will be replaced with an asterisk)
•  References to OTHER hotels or cruise ships
•  References to ANY websites
•  Advertising or promotional material

Where's my Traveler Review?
It can take as long as two weeks for us to post your review. After it is posted, the review will remain on the site for 12 months. Sometimes reviews are never published because:
•  The trip was over a year ago
•  The review is not actually about the hotel or cruise ship
•  We have reason to believe the review is false
•  The review is not constructive or is about a situation that is unique to the reviewer's experience
•  Technical issues
