Heat
Heat Stroke/Heat Exhaustion. In hot climates, those who become dehydrated or exercise too much in the heat might experience a rise in body temperature; this could lead to heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and muscle cramps. Dizziness and exhaustion are initial symptoms, but fainting might follow. If body temperature is high and a person's mind remains clear, cooling off the body by wetting the skin and giving the person plenty of water to drink might be the only treatment needed. If the person is confused or hallucinating, though, it's crucial to cool the body immediately and get the person medical attention immediately.
