worst hotel experience ever

All night party and fighting, mgmt. did nothing, charged on internet and AGAIN at hotel. Numerous calls to rectify situation are still ongoing, uncaring desk staff. Different price on internet than in person. Internet NOT best price. Totally unacceptable treatment and service
