Our room in the hotel was nice. I could tell they had modern furniture, down comforter on the bed, flat screen t.v with movie options, microwave, and mini fridge. As far as the rest of the hotel, the staff could be more friendly and better explain the facilities. Don't count on eating at the hotel. The website says there is a restaurant but all we found was a drink bar. The pool is small and gets completely shaded by 3:00 but the beach is very close.

All I have to say is, "Thank you M Grand and Myrtle Beach for an amazing vacation!

Best Feature: George, the patio server!
Needs Improvement: more help at the front desk.

I took my handicapped Father and my Mother to the M Grand and we were very satisfied with the room on the 3rd floor oceanfront. The staff was very informative through the entire experience. I did notice it is more difficult to get the luggage service and elevators on weekends but they offer 4 so it is fine! Just relax and enjoy the good points. I thought the rooms were nice, clean and the tv was awesome! Continental breakfast would put it over the top! Pools were small but very nice. I recommend it for a classy oceanfront experience.

the staff were so friendly my family of 5 had a great time how grand it is, very good experience
