We have been coming to Avista since 2005. This year is our 3rd year. We abslotely fell in love with the place. North Myrtle Beach is not crowded like central MB. The resort is 15 minutes of severals great golf around Little River. Service is impeccable. Condos are clean and fully equiped.

Best Feature: Nothing is missing
Needs Improvement: Water pressure at times

THIS WAS OUR FIRST STAY AT AVISTA RESORT. WE STAYED ALMOST TWO WEEKS AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY. THE POOL AREA WAS EXTREMELY CROWED AND COULD USE A LARGER POOL FOR ADULTS .WE STAYED IN A 1 BDRM SUITE WITH OCEAN VIEW AND WITH THE LARGE BALCONY IT COULDN'T HAVE BETTER. THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN WAS WONDERFUL. I HAVE ALWAYS STAYED OCEAN FRONT OR NOTHING BUT WE STILL HAD A GREAT VIEW. WE WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR FOR AN EXTENDED STAY..LOVED IT /

Best Feature: LOCATION, VIEW, CLEANLINESS OF ENTIRE RESORT. VIEW
