The rooms are ;not only clean, well maintained, and current, but the location is exactely what you want in Waikiki -- quiet but easy walk to all the action -- very helpful at the front desk, as well as personable -- lovely touch with 8am breakfast delivered to door of muffins and fruit -- patio in the back has direct access to the ocean with nice reefs for snorkling -- I plan to come back again to this hotel and get a larger room
