My daughter and & I stayed here while in Chico for a family reunion. The hotel is close to the freeway but very quiet. The rooms are clean. The free WiFi, mini fridge & in room microwave & coffee maker were convenient. There is a Denny's across the parking lot.

Best Feature: Free WiFi & Quiet Location
Needs Improvement: No elevator for Senior citizens
